TrueNet Media Corp is a privately held company, incorporated under the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. The Company maintains its main office in Calgary, Canada with branch offices in Toronto and the USA.

The company is a subsidiary of CSC Global Technologies Inc. It was incorporated in 2006 and was empowered through the issuance of an exclusive marketing agreement to commercialize the state of the art Video on Demand application of CSC to worldwide consumer and corporate clients. Working from its position of strength to deliver top quality video on consumer acceptable format, it created its first web portal, www.hollyflicks.com, to deliver entertainment on rental basis. The Company has entered into agreement with independent film and video producers and production companies and currently has 4000 movies under contract and to be delivered from this web portal. The company is engaged in discussions with various large entertainment corporations to acquire and distribute their content from the web portal.

In February 2006, company entered into an agreement with another Canadian company and secured access to data centers for delivery of video over the Internet. These data centers are located in Vancouver, New York, Copenhagen and Amsterdam and compliment the company's large data handling capacity in Calgary, Canada. Under the terms of the agreement, these data centers shall fulfill the company's current and future requirement for data storage (video and movies) and data (video and movies) delivery to consumer and corporate clients.

The Company has assembled a highly qualified work force and this work force with assistance from its founding partners, has the ability to capitalize on the latest mode of video delivery over the Internet. The company is managed by the President under the guidance of Garry Saundh, the founding partner of CSC Global Technologies Inc. who, in short five years, has taken CSC from a mere concept to its position as a leading edge video compression technology provider.

Mandate

The primary functions of the company are as follows:

  • Acquire third party video and audio content from content producers from all over the world. The content shall be anything other than content classified or characterized as Adult Entertainment or home made videos.
  • Process such content using proprietary video compression software, made available from the parent company strictly for utilization to provide video-on-demand services over the Internet under an exclusive marketing agreement.
  • Archive and store the content processed using the proprietary video compression software.
  • Distribute the archived and stored content, over the Internet, either for rental or sales purposes, to consumers, customers, and clients globally.
  • Build and maintain the necessary infrastructure to process, archive, store and distribute the content. Initially the infrastructure is confined to North America and Europe.
  • Based upon subscription business model, create a growing memberships base of consumers, customers and clients who subscribe and pay for the use and access to the acquired video content distributed through various channels of the company.

Key Personnel

Garry Saundh - President

Each individual is the end result of both a biological line of descent and social influences. The greatest influence of Garry's life has been his upbringing in a family of business people. He learned from the early age that individual responsibility is inseparable from the success of any organization. As one of CSC Global Technologies founder and current CEO & President, Garry knows first-hand what it takes to grow a business.

Garry has over 30 years domestic and International experience with small to multi-national organization. He has held positions ranging from technical level to senior management. His career started with Sherritt Gordon Mines and continued with positions of increasing responsibility with companies such as Shell Canada, Mobil Oil, Placer Cego Petroleum, Asamera Oil and Gulf Indonesia Resources Ltd.

His most significant major accomplishment in the corporate world was negotiating a historic deal between Singapore and Indonesia for the supply of 325 million cubic feet per day of gas sales through a 680 km. sub-sea pipeline. Accumulating his broad expertise, depth of understanding of business and sophistication in practical matters from each day on the job, Garry knows what it's like to be on the firing line of business. People connect easily with his practical approach.

Garry is graduate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary, holds a second class Power Engineering Certificate and is a graduate of the Banff School of Advanced Management.

George Gonzo - Vice President Marketing & Sales

As a "Business Growth Specialist" for over 30 years, George has created the "80/20" Business Growth Systems to help businesses generate more clients and more incremental cash flow without necessarily having to spend more on Sales and Marketing than they currently do. George is one of Canada's most dynamic Sales and Marketing Professionals.

For seven years, he was Chairperson of the Television Bureau of Canada. During that time, the Board and Member Stations set a new high in annual revenues of over $2 billion dollars.

Mr. Gonzo was one of the Media leaders to introduce the concept of "Yield/Revenue Management" pricing to the Television industry in Canada, which effectively changed the manner in which television advertising in Canada is bought and sold.

In the past three years, George worked with a select group of clients and sales professionals at CanWest Global to help produce Canada's largest and most successful media integrated on-line auction resulting in millions of dollars of revenue.

He has also worked successfully with many Direct Marketers, as well as Business-to-Business and Business to Consumer Clients, such as Procter and Gamble over the last 30 years.

For 23 years, Mr. Gonzo was Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing for CFCN Television in Calgary and as Vice President Local and Regional Sales for CTV's 25 television stations.

George is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario - Executive Development Program.

Rodger Campbell - Vice President Media Content

Entrepreneur, sales and marketing specialist, public relations and investor relations practitioner.

Rodger's 25 year plus business career has focused on communications, marketing, sales and management. He has developed marketing and communications research plans for sales, marketing, public relations, investor relations and community relations for a wide range of companies across Canada and the USA.

Working with the senior executive of many of the fortune 500 companies in Canada, the USA, Europe and Japan, he has assisted in the development and execution of a wide variety of communications plans in the fields of sales and marketing, employee communications, government relations, media relations, crisis management and community relations.

As a partner in an International corporate identity firm, Rodger has been involved first hand in the development of new corporate and brand identities for major corporations in Canada, the USA, Japan and Sweden.

Additionally, Rodger has assisted in the launch of several new technology companies over the past 10 years particularly in the area of new media. Rodger has had a lifelong fascination with technology and remains current in the latest developments, particularly in the media field.

Rodger's career has taken him across North America and given him broad experience in a variety of disparate industries including manufacturing (steel, nickel, light and heavy industry), mining (iron ore, potash, coal), transportation (truck, rail and air), Financial services (banking, mutual funds), oil and gas (production, transmission, marketing and delivery) and since 1994 with New Media Internet companies in the Toronto market.

As a true generalist in the communications field, Rodger brings a rich and varied experience base to every assignment.

Lee Bradford - Vice President of Operations

Lee has strong working knowledge of all video compression technologies and CODECs including the company's proprietary technology and those available in the market place such as MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, Real Player, DIVX and Quick Time. This experience is further supplemented by his extensive knowledge of communications, computers & associated hardware, Networks both private & public, applications, and satellite communications.

The sum total of this knowledge base has resulted in his participation in developing world leading applications based upon the company's video and audio compression CODEC's.

Lee, one of the founders of the company, has the in-depth knowledge of the company's technologies and the applications based upon these technologies.

He has extensive military experience in the areas of leadership, personnel communications, discipline and work ethics and it is reflected in his role in moving the company from a start-up to leading technology provider.
